Very personable and knowledgeable. Was always working for us and had excellent contacts with experts that we needed to close quickly (e.g. plumbers, engineers). He was very responsive, at any hour, to even silly questions. Would highly recommend!!

Outstanding! We had worked with two other realtors, before Tyler, and they were adequate; however, Tyler was always responsive and made us feel that we were important to him personally, and that he was interested in our happiness with both the property as well as the purchase of our home. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Tyler was a gem. So organized and knowledgeable. Words can’t describe how helpful he is. Anything we asked he did, and we asked for a lot. I want to buy something else just to work with him again. Great guy. Really. Great!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Being a first time home buyer, Tyler sure did make it an easier process than we thought it would be. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t believe how stress free he made this process be for us. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to house quality and what to look for and was with us every step of the way. He went to bat for us a lot and was always cool calm and collected. Very professional. Very personable. Very kind. We actually left a realtor to use Tyler because of how good he was after one house. You will NOT be disappointed.

I am so grateful for everything that Tyler has done for my family to help us find an amazing home and make this process as smooth and stress free as possible. He’s very patient, professional, always on top of everything, and very knowledgeable. He takes time to walk you through the process and he always makes himself available. I highly recommend working with Tyler as he always goes above and beyond with anything you need and feels like he’s your friend and not realtor. Being able to trust Tyler has made all the difference in our process of buying our first home. I was very skeptical of new constructions due to their timeline/delays/work, but Tyler helped us find exactly what we want, made sure everything was in order, and recommended inspectors, insurance, etc. who all did a great job as well. Thank you, Tyler!

I was referred to Inspired Reality, specifically Tyler. From the time I signed papers to sell my home. Within one month my home was sold. Tyler is a realtor who knows his job. This was the fastest and smooth transition in selling a home I’ve ever had. Tyler is very informative and keep you updated on every step.. I highly recommend Tyler to sell or locate the perfect home for you. Randy Bartlett.
