Tyler really put in the work all hours of the night! Even when I'd randomly text at 2am because i thought of something! Took his time explaining each and every step. Great mediation between loan company, sellers, inspectors. Went out and did multiple virtual tours when we started feeling defleated due to the inflation and insane market. We've been trying to buy for a few years now and have worked with multiple realtors over the years but didn't feel understood. Tyler has been great!! I had never bought a house by myself. Tyler was so helpful every step of the way. He always kept me up on what the next step would be, even the small steps. He kept things very stress free. I am not tech savvy, and at the time all I had for a computer was a cell phone, but no fear, Tyler was there. He is very tech savvy, and he saved me with that too. He's very knowledgeable about the current market and knows the dos and don't. It's best if you listen and heed is advice. I definitely recommend him.
