Tyler was fantastic, constantly sent me listings for new houses on the MLS and kept me updated on price changes for houses that I was interested in. I initially had him represent me in getting a new construction built but the timeline was to long for new builds at the time, so I held off until I was closer to my lease being up with my rental. Which was quite some time. Setup a few showings which unfortunately didn't work out, but in the end it was worth it. We worked very well together in negationing, and not once was Tyler against what I was saying, which is a huge plus, and was willing to do what was needed to get the deal closed. He has a great list of people that'll help with insurance, and inspections.I do like that he was willing to go above and beyond normal business hours to ensure his clients are taken care of and willing to answer questions.

We started working with Tyler through zillow and stuck with him right through to the end of buying our dream home for our family. He made that much of an impression on us. Tyler took what seemed to be an impossible circumstance for moving and buying, turned it into an effortless process for us tackling every obstacle we wouldn't even think to expect. He always kept our spirits up when we got discouraged. Tyler was hands on and made sure we understood each step in it's entirety. He was very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating for our schedules, our time frame we had to buy, and everything in between.
