Tyler is the best realtor that we have ever worked with! He worked with us for a year and a half as our wish list was constantly changing, and was super available and knowledgeable and approachable! When we found our dream home in TN; Tyler sold our home in just over a week and he went above and beyond to help us with every detail and continued to reach out and assist us even after we closed! We could not be more grateful and pleased!!

Nick went above and beyond for us. We had to go back and forth a lot and he was able to negotiate and get everything we wanted as well as worked hard to get us local resources for our new home. He also traveled outside his area to help us out. Would 10/10 recommend him to any friends or family!

We chose Tyler as our realtor after being recommended by Zillow and couldn't have been happier. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process even when things got a bit out of routine for our closing. He was also made a point to point out things we wouldn't have seen as first time home buyers which we appreciated. Overall we would highly recommend!

My wife and I have had a 5 year plan of moving from New Jersey. We interviewed a few realtors and when we talked to Tyler he was ready to show us houses immediately. He took us to many different areas in the Tampa Bay. He was patient and willing to spend any amount of time with us. The first day out we spent a whole day looking at houses. We finally found our house in Parrish,Florida. He would call us and always stay on top of everything. We can’t thank Tyler enough for the hard work he put into our home search. Thank you for everything you’ve done!

Nick was great to work with. We had to work through some issues with the property not meeting the Condominium Association guidelines to get the deal done. Nick went up against the HOA board personally and handled all the details to make sure we would close in compliance and on time. I definitely recommend Nick.
