Nick was very helpful and professional, very good to work with. He answered all of my questions immediately and was very friendly. I did not feel pressured at any time, he negotiated the best deal for me and was readily available when I needed information. Even after closing, he provided guidance on the city services. I would recommend him to any future buyer without hesitation.

Nick was an overall pleasure to work with. After being assigned to my search for a new home through Zillow we quickly went and viewed properties. I appreciated his honest advise regarding different issues good or bad with each listing. After finding my new home we quickly has an accepted offer. Since the process to find a new home went very well I decided to have Nick list my current home for sale. Once again a smooth experience and he was always looking out for my best interest. He negotiated with buyers and sellers agents alike in closing dates, inspection issues. He was always very responsive to my texts, calls. I would highly recommend him.

I purchased my home back in February of this year with Tyler and words can not see how smooth he made the whole process. No matter I had questions about Tyler was there any hour of the day getting me the best deal from my seller he possibly could. I highly recommend Tyler, and will be using him again when I purchase my next home.

Nick did an amazing job and was very patient with us during our search of a million houses! He was knowledgeable about the area since we were new to Florida and was very insightful on the property and neighborhood we visited. We decided to purchase a nice house in Hudson in a gated community and we’re loving it! Thanks again Nick

We had a great experience buying our home with Nick’s assistance. Nick was very familiar with the area; he answered many of our questions and made several suggestions for places to go which we found extremely helpful as we are new to the area. Nick has a wealth of knowledge regarding the process; he presented multiple options to us each step of the way through our home purchase. Nick has great negotiation skills and worked diligently to provide the best possible outcome for us. Nick has gone above and beyond to help us acquire our home. We highly recommend using Nick’s services.

Tyler is the only realtor you will ever need! His level of service is so above and beyond, it blew us away! Always there, always available and very knowledgeable. Our closing would not have happened if Tyler wouldn't have gotten so directly involved with the lender, underwriter, insurance agent, board members, even dealing with the HOA on our behalf. This smart, energetic, hard working and most of all extremely ethical young man is an absolute gem of a realtor! Wish we could give him more than 5 stars truthfully!!

Nick did an outstanding job assisting me with looking at several properties. He was very professional and always available to take a call from me. His high spirited enthusiasm was always displayed during our communications. He went beyond my expectations one time, even getting multiple estimates to repair a doorway prior to my bid on a home. I highly recommend Mr. Nick Shoemaker to anyone interested in purchasing a home or condo!

Wow! I don’t even have enough words to describe how amazing Tyler is. Over almost a year and a half of searching for the “perfect” Florida fit that met our needs and with a lot of searching we found it. We got matched with Tyler by another realtor and boy what a God send. I honestly do not think we could have or would have used anyone else. Tyler is soo soo patient, listens to his buyers and is just a great and well rounded human being. Not at one point did we feel like a burden or feel any pressure during our home buying process. He would get us in houses same day. Learned what we wanted and needed. In the ups and downs of the home buying process he was there and alway responsive. The team and his network he works with to his recommended lender, inspector, and more are top notch. They made the process run so smooth and easy. My husband and I are lucky to know him and we will be forever thankful that he was a part of our home buying process. He will be my number one realtor to recommend to for anyone searching for a home in Hernando, Pasco and Pinellas counties and will be the first one to call if we ever decide to sell. Tyler, bravo to you for the empire you are building and the Runyans wish you endless success.
