Carm was fantastic to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, super friendly and able to pivot quickly when needed. I needed to sell my mom's home and although I was out of state, Carm made the process and experience far less stressful than I anticipated. She took plenty of time to meet with me in person when I was in town and was ALWAYS available by phone, email or text when I was not. Mary Beth was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were house hunting from out of state, which normally would be very stressful, but she made the entire experience stress-free! She is extremely responsive, and was very proactive when new houses she thought we might like came on the market. Her knowledge of local real estate was a tremendous asset. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation, but Mary Beth knew exactly what would get the deal done. I can't recommend her enough!!
