Great experience selling home!
Carm was fantastic to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, super friendly and able to pivot quickly when needed. I needed to sell my mom's home and although I was out of state, Carm made the process and experience far less stressful than I anticipated. She took plenty of time to meet with me in person when I was in town and was ALWAYS available by phone, email or text when I was not. I cannot overstate how easy Carm made the process nor how helpful she was throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, smart and friendly realtor looking to buy or sell a home - good luck to all sellers and buyers!
