Erica is a great realtor. She listens to her clients and works to make sure they are happy. I have had two different experiences with her. She helped my 20-something son find the perfect house. He was a first-time home buyer and Erica very patiently helped him explore real estate in various price ranges and areas. She also sold the house we just moved out of at asking price. It was only on the market a couple of days before we got an offer. She helped us price to sell and did a great job helping us negotiate. Erica was always available when we had a question and was just wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Erica is simply the best. She studied the market and listed our home to enable us to sell it in just over 30 days at an excellent price in what many would have called a buyers market. We had to close before the new home we purchased was ready and that is when Erica really shined. You manged to find us temporary housing which was no easy task with 3 kids and 2 dogs and only a 60 day need. You can't go wrong with Erica handling the sale of your home and have no doubt the same would be true if your looking for a home!
