If there was a possibility to give 10 million stars, i would! We've had a not so pleasant experience with our previous realtor and were at the point of giving up. Erica Diaz is amazing! As first time homebuyers, she walked my wife and I through every step and made us feel comfortable and confident each step of the way. She was beyond understanding about our "mom-schedules" and always worked to schedule meetings around school drop off. pick-up, weekends etc. We brought our kids to a few meetings and she was so patient with their craziness! She listened to us and followed up to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. She was honest and real, and funny! We loved her as a realtor but we also really enjoy her as a person.
