Erica is the most helpful, detailed and knowledgeable realtor that I have worked with and I have worked with several realtors throughout my career in banking. She was our advocate throughout the sales process. She kept the deal moving and got us closed in a short time frame. I will recommend her to everyone I know who is selling or buying a house

Our move and sale of our home was a difficult one, she was compassionate, yet worked for us as if we were her own family and we trusted her every step of the way. Erica Diaz is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She listens to your requests and seeks out a home that will fit you. She is remarkably thorough and extremely patient. I actually miss working with her now that I’m in my home. Speaking of home, she found me the most wonderful home that was exactly what I wanted. I knew as soon as I walked in and she knew it too. The night she found it she called me and said I had to see it. Well I was on my way into an Alice Cooper concert so I wasn’t able to see it until the next day. Great concert by the way. She was so patient with me and I can’t thank her enough for that. I actually miss working with Erica. She made the home buying experience fun. If you want the best realtor in all of Orlando and you want to buy a home, call her today. My next home purchase will definitely be with Erica Diaz. FIRST class!!!

Keith was an honest and genuinely a good person...
Keith was an honest and genuinely a good person. He was real. When I first spoke to Keith it was via phone line and I had a few people call me to sell my home, but I knew keith was the right agent. Keith promised to sell my home and did it very quickly. He still maintains contact with me even after selling the home. Throughout the process he always kept me updated. I really appreciate everything keith has done and i would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right by a true professional.

Erica was awesome when we bought our house!! She hustles like no other agent I've ever seen. I am a VERY demanding buyer (this was our 3rd home purchase), I'm probably not much fun to work with if you're a Realtor, but Erica went above and beyond to deliver!! She was VERY helpful and VERY accommodating! We will definitely use Erica again and would recommend her to anyone!

Denise Pellegrino was very personable, easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for! She was so helpful and even brought minor details to our attention we would never have addressed! She was always available to us and returned our calls so quick! She really settled our nerves about buying a home we both felt safe and that Denise was looking out for our best interest which is so important when marking a huge decision as in buying a home!
