I don’t usually write recommendations but the Erica went out of her way with the best service. She made buying a condo really much easier than I thought it would be. Erica was always available. She went through all the positives and negatives about the condo and surrounding area. She really has a keen sense for the Orlando market and the exact market price to target, which was very helpful in closing the deal on the condo we really wanted. I don't live in the area so everything was done electronically, Erica always took pictures of the properties and told us her honest opinion, I didn't even have to come to Orlando.
