About Kim

Your Hometown Realtor! Kim graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and soon after obtained her Florida real estate license. She honed her marketing skills in vacation product marketing, but quickly realized that real estate was her true calling. She obtained her real estate broker-associate license and also held a mortgage broker license for several years. Fast forward 30 years later, and Kim still gains tremendous satisfaction from finding a buyer's perfect home, educating sellers about the market, and helping them prepare their home for sale. She loves and rises to every challenge! Outside of real estate, Kim's favorite thing to do is travel throughout the U.S. and overseas. Closer to home she enjoys visiting the Orlando theme parks, cheering on the UCF Knights teams, gardening, reading, or just relaxing with family. You’ll often find her serving within the community or working as a volunteer leader in her Winter Garden church. Kim has served as a real estate mentor and advisor for many years and values the camaraderie of a dynamic sales team comprised of herself and two of her best friends. They provide each other with sales support, advice, and most of all, positive encouragement. This translates to exceptional service for all of their clients. Great Professional and Personal experience witha knowledgeable expert

I've known Kim for 17 years and she has always shown both professional and personal experiences with me on either buying or selling properties both during turbulent times as well as in smooth times. Her knowledge of the Florida market has been instrumental in getting the most of my purchases and selling of my properties. She promptly return phone calls and guides you through the entire process. She listens to your wants and guides you until the closing. She does not sugar coat any messages but tell you both bad and good news. Overall her professionalism and help has been stellar.
