Sadly my mom became sick in 2020 with COVID and has just deteriorated since then. My mom lives in Clermont Fla and we live in the Philadelphia area and NJ. I had to eventually place my mom in an assisted living facility because we are too far to care for her and she did not want to return to the cold weather in the North. So I managed her home in Kings Ridge for almost 3 years. Finally, we decided it was time to sell the home. I was at a loss for who to use as a realtor and my mom’s neighbor recommended Kim Blaylock. I was a little hesitant because I had had a bag experience with a realtor who had been recommended in the past. But once I met Kim I felt like I was in very safe hands! I really had no idea how amazing Kim would be! Given the distance from where my mom’s house is and where I live, it was quite a challenge to manage getting it ready to be placed on the market. Kim was incredible! She went above and beyond to help with letting cleaners into the house after I returned home. We had several issue with the HOA - we had to replace bushes- Kim went to Lowe’s and purchased bushes and was planning to plant them! (I told her that that was just too much and found a handyman to do that. She had every intention of doing that her self. We had several issues that were unforeseen during the process and Kim dealt with these issues and got me the resources that I needed- ie Attorney referral! Despite all the issues, Kim got the house sold at the asking price in record time. She continued to support me throughout the process of disposing of the furniture in my mom’s home. She researched and found a wonderful female owned business Bless This Mess- whose owner, Erin helped to find new homes for my mom’s piano, office furniture and beds. Kim then found a great organization The Hope Center - where they came and picked up the furniture. Kim also let in the cleaners prior to the closing. There are not enough space here to sing the praises of Kim. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM!
