From our first meeting I knew Kim would be the right choice. She does an amazing job at research and market analysis. She gives you candid opinions when when they may not be what you want to hear so that you are fully informed to make the right choices. There were a few hurdles along our path and at no point did I ever feel any frustration or resignation on her part, it was always "well how can we fix this?" On top of everything else we ended up closing over twice what we thought we would. I'm not generally one to call people stupid without knowing them, but if you don't choose her to help you sell your property then you probably are.

After 22 years, we finally decided that we were at the time in our life that it had become too difficult for us to continue to maintain our 102 year old home in Historic Downtown Winter Garden. We knew Kim from our church, and we also knew others from our church who were very pleased with the real estate services Kim provided. We were very worried, however, that we would sell our home but not be able to find a home we could love nearly as much as our special historic home. We were also concerned about the possibility of many curiosity seekers swarming our unique home. From the start, Kim had helpful suggestions as we prepared to list our home. She then did such an amazing job with our listing that the Orlando Weekly magazine wrote an article about our house based on her listing, which included all 100 photos Kim included in the listing. A video included in the listing made it possible for anyone to take a video walkthrough of our entire home. Our home went under contract the very first weekend on the market. Kim also found the perfect new home for us only three miles away. There were many issues along the way, none of which could have been anticipated, but Kim remained calm and professional through it all. She never gave up and always helped find the solution to smooth out the path from listing to both closings. We can’t say enough great things about Kim, from her knowledge of the real estate market in our area to her professional, calm manner in handling any issues that come up along the way, and constant communication.
