I had a very positive experience with Kim. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was able to explain things in a fashion I could understand as a first time home buyer. She was also very on top of all of the new houses that were popping up in the highly active 2021 housing market. She was also highly communicative and was able to answer any and all questions I had within a very timely manner. Additionally she was able to give insights into certain house building decisions (era based aesthetics, building company style trends/tendencies, poor house flipper renovation decisions, etc). It's not very often that you meet a special soul, and Kim truly is a special soul! I did not know Kim prior to the purchase of our house in Winter Garden, FL, but now I consider her one of my best friends, I consider her 'family'. My daughters and I went through, and are enduring through, a life changing event with the loss of my wife. Even after the purchase of our home, and after the passing of my wife, Kim would check in occasionally to see how we were doing and sincerely ask if there was anything she could do to help us.
