This was one of the easiest sale of my condo that I have ever gone through. Matt called me several times prior to listing my condo with him. He knew the situation I was in from having a serious back surgery. He just happen to contact me one day, he convinced me he could get my condo cleaned, staged & get me moved, if I would give him a chance. And he did just what he said he would do. I was ready to get a new place. He took care of getting things lined up & went to work on listing my condo. The first day we had multiple offers above the asking price. I was amazed at the amount of offers & several consisted of cash with out appraisal. Matt went through them pulled out what he thought were the best, explained the others as well. And he did a great job of helping me decide what would be the best offer to accept, so I did and it worked out perfect. I got way more than I thought I would get.
