Georgia is a true professional and has an in-depth knowledge about selling homes. Not only is she an expert at her vocation but she is a humanitarian with a big heart. I loved my home but knew it was time to sell. I was apprehensive and feared everything imaginable. Georgia helped me to understand all the dynamics that go into letting go and trusting someone that has the wisdom and knowledge as to guide me through all of the obstacles that can occur when selling something that you hold dear. She is a straightforward and honest, genuine person. She sold our house for a reasonable price and was with us every step of the way. It was in record time. She steered us to the right people who worked to get things fixed and in top shape. She also problem solved and brainstormed details that needed to get repaired or addressed to sell sooner. She knew what it took and educated and informed us throughout the entire time. I confidently recommend Georgia as a Person that believes in what she does. She is kind, friendly and compassionate. Sherry came highly recommended through multiple friends. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable with the real estate process and answering all questions. His estimate of the home value was right on, and his recommendations on property improvements and repairs meant it didn't stay on the market very long. We worked with a few different agents before meeting Jason. What I liked was that he was patient and not pushy. Spent a couple full days looking at houses and he didn't try to land us on any one house. Did not feel like working with a salesperson, but rather someone that is knowledgeable about what to look for in houses.
