My husband and I were first time home buyers, who found ourselves in the very common situation of getting rental increase after increase and were tired of throwing our money away. Finding a realtor made me very nervous as the market right now leaves very little margin for error. He new almost every seller's agent, which made it much easier to make a competitive offer when we were ready to pull the trigger. He has great contacts and recommendations for home repair and his service goes so far above any beyond just getting you the house. He is a family man and was able to make great suggestions on what to look for and look out for in terms of home layout and overall took the guess work and stress out of the process. Still, I can't believe we bought our house as easily as we did in this market and it's all thanks to Jason. His unfailing work ethic, commitment to his clients, and follow through is why he is a five star agent all day.
