Spent a couple full days looking at houses and he didn't try to land us on any one house. Did not feel like working with a salesperson, but rather someone that is knowledgeable about what to look for in houses.

He is never out of reach, I mean he always answers his phone! Going to see houses in person he was very much just stepping back to get our read on the house and NEVER once pushed for the sale. He offered his experienced opinion when asked and gave us great advice. He new almost every seller's agent, which made it much easier to make a competitive offer when we were ready to pull the trigger. He has great contacts and recommendations for home repair and his service goes so far above any beyond just getting you the house. He is a family man and was able to make great suggestions on what to look for and look out for in terms of home layout and overall took the guess work and stress out of the process. Still, I can't believe we bought our house as easily as we did in this market and it's all thanks to Jason. His unfailing work ethic, commitment to his clients, and follow through is why he is a five star agent all day.

Jason is the Best! Selling and buying are nerve-wracking experiences, and Jason continuously helped calm our nerves through the whole progression of selling and then buying. He was always there when we needed him. I don’t know how many times we had an anxious question pop up, and we were reassured knowing we could ask Jason and he would help us through it. From little things like what kind of topsoil to make our raised beds look good for selling, to delivering and hauling U-Haul containers to help us move, to big things like making a bid and preparing for financing, Jason was there for us during the whole process.
