Tabitha helped our family to buy our first home, as well as to sell it when we were ready. She worked tirelessly to find us a wonderful home that fit our budget and met all of our family's needs. She was readily available whenever we had questions and was able to explain all of our options in a way that was clear and easy to understand. She always guided us in a way that had the best interest of our family in heart. She is very knowledgeable on the market and completed thorough research on neighborhoods and houses to make the most of any viewings in which we were interested. She took the time to get to know our family and our needs so that she could help us find the perfect home. She worked around our hectic schedule and made the process so much easier for us. She was able to sell our house at a better price than we were expecting, in a very short amount of time, and with minimal disruption to our lives for viewings and open houses. The advice she gave us on repairs to make and staging suggestions were easy to accommodate while also making a big difference in how easily we were able to sell the house. She was kind and caring throughout the whole process, and we cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have a person like Tabitha to help us with what could have been such a difficult task.

Tabitha is extremely knowledgeable in her work. She is an excellent communicator and is always available for questions. Tabitha is always thinking ahead and is ready for any challenge that comes her way. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is always kind and willing to do what it takes to make the sale successful for all. Tabitha was such a blessing in my first home buying experience. She was recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. She quickly understood what I wanted, respected my budget and time. When I received an inspection report that showed the deck sliding down the hill, she was a true advocate. She found what ended up being my final purchase within 4 days. The offer was accepted 2 hours later. I was then having difficulty with my lender finding an inspector and trying to push my closing date a month+. She jumped in with a new lender and inspector to save the day and make the original closing date. She fought for me with lenders and sellers. I could always count on her quick responses even at 10pm when I was being indecisive. Tabitha made a stressful situation end with a happy ending. She was also very patient with me as a new (single) homebuyer. I feel I can call her a true friend and would recommend her to everyone!

Tabitha was fantastic. From start to finish she was always there! I could not have accomplished what I wanted without her. She caught things that I never would have seen and had such great ideas. She's the best!!!!
