Tabitha was such a blessing in my first home buying experience. She was recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. She quickly understood what I wanted, respected my budget and time. When I received an inspection report that showed the deck sliding down the hill, she was a true advocate. She found what ended up being my final purchase within 4 days. The offer was accepted 2 hours later. I was then having difficulty with my lender finding an inspector and trying to push my closing date a month+. She jumped in with a new lender and inspector to save the day and make the original closing date. She fought for me with lenders and sellers. I could always count on her quick responses even at 10pm when I was being indecisive. Tabitha made a stressful situation end with a happy ending. She was also very patient with me as a new (single) homebuyer. I feel I can call her a true friend and would recommend her to everyone!
