My journey began in 1991 when we decided to move from Luxembourg to the United States, a country full of unique opportunities. As a passionate young mother who could barely speak English, I was determined to learn all that I could about this country, which I now call home. I worked hard throughout the day, establishing a daycare home in our modest apartment, while attending college at night. Raising my daughter while earning a living by providing a fun and safe home for other children, and simultaneously achieving my personal goal of attending university proved to be a challenge worth conquering. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and an honors degree in Business Management from Robert Morris College, located in the heart of downtown Chicago. Upon moving to Orlando, I wanted to combine my college degree with my experience starting a business to find a career that would make a positive impact in peoples lives. I quickly realized how much I enjoy providing stability and comfort to individuals and families who are transitioning. What better way to help people find their place in a new community than by helping them find their dream home? In June of 1998 I joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Inc. Combining the patience I gained from motherhood, my outgoing personality and a fierce determination to make a positive impact in my community in Central Florida, I embarked on my new path as a realtor. I quickly tapped into that earlier passion and began assisting people in residential real estate. Since then, I have devoted my time and energy to assisting my loyal clientele as a celebrated realtor in Central Florida. Throughout the past fifteen years, I have been recognized by National Real Estate companies such as Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and The Orlando Association of Realtors as one of the top producers for my knowledge and expertise in the industry and have been equally honored for my hard work and dedications. One thing I’ve learned is that real estate transactions can get very complicated and frustrating at times. I find that being involved in every step of the process, as challenging as that might be, allows me to identify obstacles that may arise so that I can be transparent with my clients. It is important that they understand the process as it involves making one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. It is my mission to provide all of my clients with excellent service and expertise to ensure they attain the results they desire. My wide ranging experience within real estate has led me to specialize in luxury homes & estates in Seminole ,Orange Volusia and Lake County, obtain certification for Relocation, Short sale & Foreclosures as well as negotiate REO bank owned properties and New Constructions. My career has also led me beyond residential to commercial real estate & Land sale. In 2017, I joined “Home Wise Realty” because I found their approach towards the industry to be effective and convenient. We are a well established company with over 3o years of real estate, lending and title experience, offering one stop shopping to our clients interested in selling and buying real estate in Central Florida. Building relationships throughout my career has been one of the greatest advantages. I enjoy working with international clients and find that there is always something to learn from our exchange. I get such a joy when I receive a call from someone whose house I sold a few years back, asking me to list their home and assist them with their next home purchase. I am humbled when I open the mail to find a letter from a recent client “thanking me” for my patience, hard work and dedication throughout the process. Building relationships has been a key part of my success as a realtor and I am proud to say that 95% percent of my business is from loyal past clients and their referrals. While I enjoy working hard I also enjoy stepping away from my busy lifestyle and taking time to travel. I love visiting my family

Nadia is the perfect example of integrity, energy, resilience and creativity. Born and raised in Morocco where she got her Bachelor’s degree in information science. When she relocated to the USA with her 2 beautiful kids in the early 90’s, her outgoing and pleasant personality helped her shine in the different customer service roles she held. After moving to Canada in 2005, Nadia studied Neurolinguistic Programming and Language and behavior profiling and worked as a life coach/ family counselor. When Nadia returned back to the USA, she brought back a set of diverse skills and over 30 years of experience in management, sales, customer service and coaching which prompted her to join the real estate world to fulfill her passion for helping people.
