When the buyers went to the city. Erin provided exceptional service through the whole home buying process. This home was highly sought after and Erin's perfect guidance put me in the absolute best position to win the bid on our home. As a out-of-state buyer, she was fully engage and always in touch and providing updates at each step. She diligently video chatted to walk me through the home and showing me everything that I asked to see. She effectively maintained communication with the seller's agent to solve all concerns that were presented. Handled the inspection and coordination for me, again, because I was out of state. Erin was awesome! To start, I had a different realtor and it wasn’t working out very well. I didn’t hear from her often and after the first time we spoke it seemed like she forgot all about me and I had no feedback. After a couple weeks I was fed up and was introduced to Erin. After I spoke to her the first time, she immediately started looking around for me and helping me understand every aspect. As a first time homebuyer, I was familiar with much of the process. Erin made it a point to explain everything and she definitely helped to relieve any stress I was having throughout the process. After some complications with my first lender, she managed to find me another lender that actually turned out to be a better deal in the the same day. She was definitely a hard worker and dedicated to helping me find the perfect house. If there was an option to give her 10 stars I would.
