Erin went above and beyond for me--again! I purchased a dumpy home in Chino Valley that needed tons of rehab to recover its best and highest value. I live 2 hours away so, though not required to do so, Erin went by the property numerous times to check the status of rehab and consistently checked in on the contractor who was 'difficult' to put it mildly. The rehab took 3 times longer than planned and was way over budget, injecting stress into my relationship with the contractor and threatening to blow up the entire project. But Erin was level-headed and skillfully managed the situation, greatly helping to move the project forward to completion and listing. Her many great suggestions to optimize the property's value paid off in spades, as we had multiple walk throughs and offers immediately upon listing, closing for an amount that I am very happy with.
