Erin is amazing. She knows her business and is a true partner in the real estate sales process. After using an out-of-town agent to list my house, which was going nowhere as I continued following that agent's advice to just keep dropping the price (and to drop it another $50k), I called Erin. She immediately gave me other, better ideas and identified problems and weaknesses with the listing as it was with the prior agent. After receiving no offers with the prior agent, and immediately after Erin became involved and took several proactive measures and (re)listed the property, I had 5 or 6 walk throughs and received 2 full price offers--one of which had a huge escalation clause. To say I was impressed and relieved is an understatement! My only regret is that I did not start with Erin. I would have netted a lot more money. I buy and sell a lot of houses, and could not recommend Erin more.

I am new to the area. Erin planned the first day of house hunting to include homes in every area so I could get an initial feel for each community. The strategy was very helpful. We looked at 30 homes in 5 days until I knew I had found the one that best fit our needs. We spent a lot of time together. Erin was fantastic to work with.
