Out of six agents we interviewed, she was the most knowledgeable, emphatic and encouraging. When the house was sold, she kept us up to date on every step of the transaction. I'm not sure where to start with Ben Zallaha... It almost sucks that the house is sold and we wont talk as much haha. Truly amazing person who knows someone for whatever you need. This was my first time selling my home and it was almost to easy. There's times l'd be at the house cleaning up or doing touch ups. He would show up to make sure the work looked good and was removing tape from contractors. Ileft the country for over a week with next to no service and made sure I knew what was going on. To sum it up he set the bar for realtors. l'd feel terrible if someone who wanted to sell never reached out to Ben. Thank you for everything. Truly.
