Amanda Coffman has been in the Real Estate and Property Management business for over a decade. She began her journey as a property manager in North Carolina and quickly found her passion and talent for connecting people with the right homes and properties. Since relocating to the Tampa Bay Area in 2015, she continues her passion representing buyers, sellers, and investors. Specializing in selling, buying, and searching for individual needs, Amanda is a passionate and market savvy professional whose clients’ satisfaction and best interests are paramount. Amanda understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Having relocated several times through three different states – buying and selling homes of her own – has afforded Amanda a unique sensitivity towards her clients’ journey. Realizing that each and every client has an individual and specific needs, Amanda recognizes those needs and follows-up both before and after the deal. Her desire to serve her clients’ particular needs coupled with her market expertise, construction knowledge and superior negotiating skills sets her apart. Now a longtime resident and landlord in the Tampa Bay Area, raising three young children, she has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. Amanda has repeatedly gained recognition for effectively representing her clients. Amanda also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from University of Michigan. A proud mom and bonus mom, when Amanda’s not holding an open house or searching for the perfect property for a client, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, scuba diving, and volunteering her time and resources to supporting and protecting Sea Turtles.
