It's difficult to describe the challenge of selling a home during covid-19. My sale was further complicated by residing in Canada and unable to travel to coordinate repairs, manage household goods,etc. I remembered Peggy from one visit in 2008 and reached out to her when I decided to sell. She visited and engaged her amazing team (a special thanks to Christy) to coordinate everything that needed to be done. She delivered 4 offers in 5 days and got the deal over the finish line. I could not recommend Peggy and her team more. They exceeded all of my (un)reasonable expectations.

just now Yamuna Benedict and her team are a class act. This team proves that you get what you pay for. We wouldn't exactly call ourselves high maintenance, but selling a high-end property can put you in a frazzled state! Will we get what it's worth? Will we be low low-balled? Will my agency represent me properly? ...Regardless of our questions and our concerned, this team was on top of it with answers and solutions. We had a tough property to sell and other realtors had tried. She sold it and we got our price. The most important thing for us was Peggy believed in the property and the value we felt it was worth.
