Yamuna Benedict was my agent and she and her assistant, Christy were AMAZING. Yamuna really knows her stuff and was extremely responsive to my many, many questions. She is very personable.....and really enjoys her job and making sure her clients are very well taken care of. I had another agent before her and that experience was not a good one, which caused me to fire that person and take my house off the market for a little while before starting over. I interviewed several agents and Yamuna was absolutely the very best choice!!! Plus she is very, very nice and smart......Christy was always very responsive to all my texts and emails and phone calls.....they are a great team. I would give them 10 stars if I could.......

Yamuna and her team did an outstanding job from start to finish! Yamuna provided a very detailed and thorough analysis of the property. She did not pressure us to put our house on the market before we were ready, but gave us wise advice on the best timing to list it. She coached us on how to prepare the house for sale. Her assistant, Christy, rolled up her sleeves to help the day the photographers came. The photographers the Hoag company provided did an amazing job, including taking aerial photos of our acreage. Yamuna strategically priced our home to get the best possible outcome. We had offers within a few days of listing and closed in just over one month. Yamuna's expertise was invaluable as she answered our questions. Communication with the Hoag team was excellent. The process of selling our home went smoothly overall. Nannette was available every step of the way, she was attentive and helped me with hard decisions. She had pointed out ways that would increase my profits and ended up selling my house for more than I had expected, while I had to make some improvements and invest some money I more than doubled my investment. These were hard choices for me to make because I have an eclectic taste and I also had 16 years in this house that I had loved but had turned it into a vacation rental. When covid hit and reservations stopped I decided to sell. My experience with Nannette was so fabulous she was available every day to me which I found to be so unusual in an agent. I would definitely recommend her and I have to my brother-in-law. She found him a home that he thought he could never have and is over the moon with her.
