When it came time for my parents (who were in their 70’s and had been living in the same home for over 40 years) to sell their home; we were very fortunate to have been referred to Yamuna Benedict of Peggy Hoag Real Estate. Yamuna was very informed and knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area, and came over a couple of months before the home was ever listed, to give advice and guidance on how we could make minor updates to appeal to the masses and ultimately get top dollar. Following her advice, we removed all the outdated wallpaper, painted, installed new cabinet hardware, de-cluttered and wallah; we were ready to sell.
