Brandon and I experienced extraordinary service from Tom Tezak and his team members, specifically Michelle Rodriguez and Michele Gibson. We sold a beautiful Wailea home listed in Kihei, Maui in October 2023. The service provided was exceptional. As our permanent residence is not in Maui, Tom and his team made all efforts to care for the property, oversee maintenance and repairs, and accommodate agents and buyers as needed throughout the process. Tom and his team went above and beyond to take care of our needs as the sellers, as well as accommodate the end buyer and buyer agent through to closing. Leslie had been very successful in selling a number of units in our condo complex so we asked to her to help us with our sale. She was able to sell our place in two days for above asking price. It was the most a two bedroom in our complex had ever sold for. Her knowledge of the area, the market, and her networking skills were exceptional. In addition, she helped us find another unit within 30 days in a very tight market. She was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs and went above and beyond our expectations. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Leslie was referred to us through a friend and I can see why she came so highly recommended. Our family was relocating from California to Hawaii and wanted to find our new home to settle into. Leslie worked very quickly to find potential properties based on our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and the local schools- which was important since we have two small children. Once we found the house we wanted, she worked quickly to get our bid in and we were full steam ahead. Leslie was very responsive to every email and call we made. She always answered all our questions and sent over personal references that really helped us find everything from plumbers to pool contractors. Moving is stressful in itself, but moving to another state across the ocean seemed impossible. But Leslie was there every step of the way. Once our house closed escrow- she still continued to help us with anything we needed to get acclimated to the island.
