Josh was recommended to us by our realtor in Michigan when we were ready to begin the process of moving to Maui. We didn’t realize at the time how that recommendation would set the tone for a seamless move. During that long process we talked with Josh many times and when we visited the island Josh arranged for us to see some of the homes being built in the subdivision of choice. That helped us to decide which model was right for us. He was able to answer a wide range of questions from the average monthly cost of water to the best, moderately priced golf courses in the area. Josh helped us to feel comfortable with our move from the mainland and in settling into our new home. We would recommend Josh without hesitation!

For a brief moment, we contemplated sale by owner. Josh expertly demonstrated why going with him was the more profitable option. He interviewed with a plan to list above market value. With his team we were able to stage, list and accept an offer at the asking price within 48 hours! His accomplishment was due in part to his intimate knowledge of the property and intuition on who would buy. This was a master class on what professional service can provide above and beyond do-it-yourself. Our only regret was it happened so fast we barely got to know him.
