We were on the mainland for 2 1/2 months while this was going on so Jai not only made sure to be present for our condo showings but also took us on a video tour of the property we bought. He communicated with us to keep us informed and always returned calls quickly when we needed to speak with him. He seemed to have a good rapport with the realtors that represented the buyers/sellers. Jai was friendly yet always professional. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market. I would recommend Jai to anyone looking for a realtor to guide them in buying/selling a property.

We selected Tom as our realtor, as he had a very in-depth knowledge of the changing real estate landscape in Maui, including the expected changes in the regulations around short-term rentals. Tom also had a very solid knowledge of the value, and how to assess properties that on the surface appear similar, but may not be on a closer look. He and his team displayed excellent communications throughout the process, was always reachable, and was very helpful in arranging some last-minute "to do's" in order to finalize things. I recently sold my condo at Keonekai Villages with Austin MacArthur and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Leslie is THE BEST real estate agent we could have asked for - she sold our Maui home (in an exceptionally slow market) within just a few days. She helped us price our house attractive to buyers and appropriate to market conditions, gave guidance in our response to a counter offer, and worked in partnership with the buyer's agent so that both parties were winners in the transaction. She also went the extra distance in helping prepare our home for inspection (turned back on the water, ice-maker, etc.) as we were off island for most of this process.
