Selling my home all on my own was very stressful having been recently divorced. Dawn was recommended by a dear friend of mind. With great anxiety I made the call. Dawn returned the call , took all my information then made the appointment to come and check out the house. I was very impressed and at ease from the moment I met her. She had all the information of the homes that had recently sold in my neighborhood, and gave me reasonable market value for the home. She answered all my questions regarding the process and every step of what I should expect. Her knowledge of real estate and every detail from putting it on the market to all the details of closing, was amazing. Being the holidays she was going out of town to visit family, but checked in on me and how things were going daily. The layout of pictures were great. She also kept the buyer side in check. I really thought being the holidays it would take several months to sell my home, but the first person that looked at it bought it. Dawn is professional and personable. She does an excellent job from start to finish. I wish she were my agent to purchase a new home , but I have moved out of state and I'm afraid the purchase end will take me much longer,as it has already been two months and I have found nothing.
