Manuela and I were very communicative and on polar opposites of the spectrum. I was a first time buyer, and she has done this many times. It was nice to be explained the entirety of the situation, and what was going to be happening and when. Although I asked her many annoying questions about the same topic, she answered everything and was very knowledgeable, and maybe even had a little refresher course in dealing with someone who needed to have everything explained as opposed to thinking you know everything and don't want advice.
