Buying a house from 2,200 miles away is no easy task. We were introduced to Manuela by our Las Vegas realtor. From the very beginning, Manuela always made herself easy to contact, which can be a challenge when dealing with a 3-time-zone difference. We picked a house via the web and Manuela immediately went to the property to give us a virtual tour. She answered all of my questions and we made the offer. Thanks to her, she coordinated all of the inspections and utilities since we could not be on site. We really appreciate Manuela answering the phone and texts quickly and often at awkward times.

Early in my decision to move to Tennessee for the next chapter of my life, I thought I would sell my home on my own. Avoiding a realtor commission seemed like a smart idea. People were doing it; why shouldn’t I?! My son and daughter and their spouses came for a weekend, we met with my financial advisor, and the next morning, I phoned Brad to ask if he “worked” on Saturdays. He came and met my family and gave some background on himself. Brad’s experience and knowledge in all areas related to buying and selling real estate is quite impressive. In addition, he provided resources to get our utilities, lawn maintenance and homeowners insurances set up easily. First and primary, Brad Kirwan has an amazing code of ethics. I merely provided him with guidelines as to the property I was interested in purchasing. Within 24 hours he was sending me emails for my perusal. It quickly became apparent that he has a wonderful knowledge of this area. He was quick to respond when I requested a showing, walked me through the house pointing out details, but was not pushy. Later when I asked questions via text, he responded within minutes. The same day when I requested a second showing, he graciously met with me again. And of course there were many more questions. At any time, if he did not know an answer, he informed me he would find out and replied within 24 hours. With his help, the contract and closing process was anxiety free. In the days that followed, I called him for additional information which he also provided in a timely manner. Brad is a man of honesty, integrity and you may trust him.
