In addition, he provided resources to get our utilities, lawn maintenance and homeowners insurances set up easily. First and primary, Brad Kirwan has an amazing code of ethics. I merely provided him with guidelines as to the property I was interested in purchasing. Within 24 hours he was sending me emails for my perusal. It quickly became apparent that he has a wonderful knowledge of this area. He was quick to respond when I requested a showing, walked me through the house pointing out details, but was not pushy. Later when I asked questions via text, he responded within minutes. The same day when I requested a second showing, he graciously met with me again. And of course there were many more questions. At any time, if he did not know an answer, he informed me he would find out and replied within 24 hours. With his help, the contract and closing process was anxiety free. In the days that followed, I called him for additional information which he also provided in a timely manner. Brad is a man of honesty, integrity and you may trust him. This is a realtor who will give you 100%.

2000 miles away, living in CT we decided to purchase in FL. We found Lake Ashton Community which connected us to Brad. The rest is history..... From the initial phone call to the closing it was smooth as silk. Brad held our hand from afar. We did a video tour of our property with Brad in the house. He pointed out absolutely everything & even opened cabinets. He counseled us on the bid process and told us we would hear back from him the following day. But.... 2 hours later we learned our bid was accepted and he guided us through the remaining tasks. Brad even arranged for a place for us to stay the day before closing. Brad's real estate knowledge is remarkable and he knows the surrounding area's as if he was born here.
