From the first time meeting Brad it was clear he was going to ask “the tough questions” first. He style was easy and direct, making me feel assured I had chosen the right realtor. Brad keeps you in the loop with monthly updates so you don’t wonder what’s happening with your sale. He also uses an array of marketing tools to reach a wide audience . Thanks to Brad, my house sold in short order.

Brad has been our agent twice and both times he has provided outstanding service while maintaining honesty, professionalism, and complete knowledge during the purchase and selling of our home. He was spot on reading the market while we were in negotiations to buy and sell from 1300 miles away. We especially recommend Brad to those that need help understanding the Polk county market as it is very unique to central Florida and rapidly changing every year.

Victor gets the job done despite obstacles! Lot of work was needed with HOA and documents required, but Victor helped get everything lined up and we closed on time. I strongly recommend Victor Macias without reservations for your real estate needs.

Victor was recommended to us by a very good friend. I could go on and on about him. The care and attention to our personal likings that he noticed and applied to each new listing we looked at are unmatched. He worked with our hectic schedules. And he found exactly what we were looking for. He was an absolute pleasure for what can be a stressful time. Even after closing he has been so helpful! Highly recommend Victor!

Brad did an incredible job helping me navigate the sale of my home. Because it’s an older property, there were a few extra hurdles along the way, but Brad handled the negotiations with the buyer professionally and strategically. His communication was excellent and he kept the process moving forward every step of the way. I’m very grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the central Florida area!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As the owner of a Penthouse Condo, we were looking for a real estate agent who would truly represent our interests throughout the sale — and that’s exactly what we found here. We were completely satisfied with the entire service. The agent fulfilled virtually every request we had during the selling process: from the outstanding marketing and presentation to carefully screening qualified buyers and handling negotiations and closing. What mattered most to us were knowing that our interests as the seller always came first, and that was absolutely the case. There was never any pressure to compromise — just a clear strategy, transparency, and highly professional execution. The sale of our penthouse was smooth, stress-free, and very successful. We highly recommend this agent to any property owner who wants to achieve the best possible outcome when selling their home.
