From the moment Ruben and I met Manuela and Marcia we knew we were in excellent hands. Their professionalism and vibrancy were what we needed on our quest to find a good home in Tampa. They are both good listeners and soon understood Ruben’s preferences As far as responsiveness, they are on the ball, always returning phone calls, emails and texts promptly. I love Manuela’s ideology-“no question is a dumb question” I believe Manuela and Marcia provided assistance above and beyond-from utility assistance, dinner ideas, providing competent referrals for home inspectors, climbing into small places to get serial numbers, reviewing closing documents, assisting with remote final walk through and of course meeting us with the keys when we arrived from Buffalo NY (and they assisted with getting stuff off the U-Haul and into the condo) Both Manuela and Marcia have been extremely patient with a first time home buyer and we cannot express how happy we are to have them represent us and assist us in finding the perfect home. And I can say the service continues after the sale and closing!

Kassidy is by far the most experienced and professional realtor I have ever done business with and she is a lifesaver. My home in Madeira Beach was devastated by Hurricane Helene and I thought I would either be stuck with the house and forced to make repairs which made no sense or foreclose. Im glad I turned to Kassidy because she not only saved me from either scenario but she somehow managed to sell the home for much more than I expected. She has a large network of investors that she brought in to make it happen and got it sold in under three weeks. Kassidy is aggressive and compassionate about her work. We were surprised and scared when we had to relocate for work, and had just purchased our home a few months prior. Brad assured us that in a short time we made stylish improvements and that we would not lose money even in this market.
