We had been looking for a place in Florida since we decided to escape from Kalifornia. We visited a number of communities and actually had made an offer in Solivita. Luckily a bidding war ensued and we let the others fight it out. We were sitting around the AirBnB we had rented for our search, feeling sorry for ourselves, when Maureen decided to call around. She called the sales office at Lake Ashton, asked for the resale expert, and was pointed at Brad. Are we glad that happened. We met up with Brad at about 12:30PM and told him EXCATLY what we were looking for, We had built a spec sheet for our ideal house, so we "knew" what we wanted. Brad looked it over and took it all into consideration. He showed us a few places that met the specs, but really didn't trip our trigger. The he showed us one last place - it was about 400 sq ft over our theoretical maximum, but he wanted us to get a better idea of the features available in the area. To make a long story short, we fell in love and totally ignored the extra square feet. It checked virtually every box on our spec sheet. We made an offer that afternoon and it was accepted that evening. So the big question is "Why did we feel comfortable making a 'snap' decision?" The answer is "Brad Kirwan." He is an expert on this area. Early in the process, he gave us all of the plusses and minuses of the development and the area. He listened carefully to our thoughts and helped us ask the right questions. We felt 1,000% confident in our decision because of his expertise. It didn't stop there. Brad coordinated the inspection and made it possible to close remotely, saving us an extra trip and allowing us to return to Kalifornia and prepare for the move. We closed ahead of schedule, which made things a lot easier, thanks to Brad. He helped us with a lot of things that we would have forgotten and likely messed up. Essentially he made a normally stressful exercise and made it close to painless. He's a star!
