Rosana has very good knowledge of the local market. She is quick to follow up on any issues that arise and do any research necessary. Rosana worked really hard to sell our condo. She had several open houses on the weekends and prevailed with a sale after only a couple of months.

I have sold many properties over the years and know some of the "best" realtors in this area personally. I had met Rosana only quite briefly, but something about her directness told me she could do it in this terrible market. And she did! Lots of hard work, advertising, open houses, and good advice. If you want someone who will work hard, Rosana should be your choice!!
