We had to renovate a rental property after a burst water pipe flooded the whole downstairs. Between insurance, construction crews and Covid it was a nightmare. Mark came to us half way through as we intended to sell as soon as the house was ready. So he monitored progress as best as he could and gave amazing advice along the way. He was our eyes and ears on the ground as we live on the other side of the state and cannot be there so easy. He was always available to talk and guided us through the later half of the renovation and the sale. We are eternally grateful for all he did for us and are very happy with the sale result.
