Thanh understood exactly what I needed as a buyer and was very determined that I find exacy what I was looking for. He adapts well to his customers needs and styles and is truly more like a partner when you are buying a house vs an agent, he will offer input and advice based on his experience. The closing was going to be delayed but Thanh stepped in worked the phones and thru his persistence we were able to close on time.
