Thanh understood exactly what I needed as a buyer and was very determined that I find exacy what I was looking for. He adapts well to his customers needs and styles and is truly more like a partner when you are buying a house vs an agent, he will offer input and advice based on his experience. The closing was going to be delayed but Thanh stepped in worked the phones and thru his persistence we were able to close on time. I will be recommending Thanh to all my friends, family and any of my future needs!

Have bought and sold several homes in different states and have been less than impressed by many of the agents I previously used. Jennifer was different she stayed in constant communication with us and was a great buffer between us and our renters who were difficult to work with.
