Julie went above and beyond beyond to help us find our Florida home! She was flexible when it came to scheduling and appts and always early! My husband and I were previous real estate agents (NY) and we have owned several properties prior to working with Julie. Here’s our experience in a nutshell — “Julie’s diligence is second to none and her excellence is above and beyond!” When we first checked the property, Julie was representing the seller and she disclosed to us what we needed to know about the property. She encouraged us to call the county to verify the info so we can make an informed decision. Because she was very transparent and recommended that we get an agent of our choice (she didn’t push us nor insist herself), we decided to work with her (transaction brokerage arrangement; we were comfortable with this setup given our real estate background). She is very professional with great work ethics. She stayed on top of things and ensured that we didn’t miss any due dates per the contract terms. Without being asked, she proactively provided options for reputable inspectors for home, termite, septic, well, etc., including home/flood insurance agent. She even worked with the title company to ensure that we would get the info on lowering our taxes (i.e., what the sellers did to get full agricultural homestead/greenbelt and corresponding forms/letters). After closing, she helped us get answers and tips from the sellers on how to take care of the cows and chickens. What an awesome post-closing support! She didn’t have to do all this. She pretty much served everything on a silver platter with a cherry on top! OVERALL — working with Julie was a breeze and it was like a walk in the park. She was the divine help we asked the Lord for so in return, we prayed that she’ll experience God’s amazing grace (John 3:16 / Romans 10:9-11) and that she’ll be tremendously blessed a hundredfold for her outstanding diligence and excellence. We’d work with her again in a heartbeat! Lastly, I don’t write public reviews (at all) for anything or anyone and this is the first — only because… Julie Sbrocco is exceptional.
