Bruce was our second Florida realtor. Our first realtor just didn’t get back to us for days when we tried to make an offer on a house. With the high demand market that was not ok with us. Someone referred Bruce to us and he is such a great realtor. Bruce was very attentive. He did a great job to help us find a home while we were still out of state. He went and live video called us from listings that we wanted to see when we were not in town searching. Once we found our new home to purchase, he went and checked on the process periodically for us as well as going to meetings and live video called us so we were in the loop at all times. He would send us pictures of the progress. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He’s a very nice and professional person. We called him with questions often and he always took the time to help and is very knowledgeable.

Manny was the realtor we went to when we purchased our home in Riverview and we were so absolutely thrilled with the service she provided. We were searching for a very specific home in that area. It took nearly six months to find the right home and Manny was patient, tenacious and very thoughtful. So, when we decided five years later, that it was time to sell, we of course called Many. She was again, on point with the process for our home. The house sold in three days, in great part to her planning and experience. The great service continued through closing. Every detail was addressed. Without Manny, I can only imagine some of the pitfalls that may have haunted us.
