Manuela was recommended to us by our property manager and we were glad she was our realtor. She explained the process of selling the house as well the types of buyers we would get. The process was stress free for us since we were overseas when the house was listed and sold. She was always available to answer questions and prompt with responses to any questions we had. Jenny is meticulous and dedicated, for this reason, I utilized her skills for both the purchase and sale of my home. She gave me advice and educated me so that I could make informed decisions. Her knowledge of the market was on point and I ended up selling $10k above asking. Whenever there was a bump along the way, she remained calm and guided me through. I had to move before the completion of the sale of the home and she made it easy to complete the documentation online.
