We first met Stefani while browsing for our forever home at Cardel Homes in Bexley. At that time, we owned a home and wanted to move quickly with selling in this hot market. After being blind sided by Zillow (I still completely resent this decision to begin with), Stefani helped pick up the pieces and got our home on the market within a week! Continuous showings and an open house that same weekend, 3 days later we had multiple offers. Stefani was ALWAYS on top of things, ALWAYS communicating every detail and was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Even through some challenges we faced (hiccups with potential buyers along the way) Stefani worked tirelessly to get the job done for us. We couldn’t have been more thankful. Alex Dumrauf and her partner Nicole Ciglar are the best real estate team you could ever hope to have in your corner. We were searching for a home from out of state in a hot seller's market and Alex and Nicole went above and beyond to help us find the right house and get the deal done. Working with Alex and Nicole you get 'two for one' because they work together as an interchangeable team. This is an incredible asset because each of them brings unique strengths to the mix. It also allows them to more responsive than any single agent could manage. They repeatedly to give us virtual tours within hours of homes coming on the market. In the more than six months working with them there was not a single time when one or the other of them wasn't able to drop everything for us. Their virtual tours were the best I have ever experienced, pointing out flaws and issues that were not obvious except in person and with their keen eyes. Coordination and communication between them, and with us, was always frequent and flawless. Once we moved into the negotiation and inspection phases their savvy and knowledge of the local market was invaluable. Last but not least, they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Between us we have bought or sold ten homes or condos in four states and the experience with Alex and Nicole tops the list. They are the dynamic duo of Tampa area realtors!

Manuela was recommended to us by our property manager and we were glad she was our realtor. She explained the process of selling the house as well the types of buyers we would get. The process was stress free for us since we were overseas when the house was listed and sold. She was always available to answer questions and prompt with responses to any questions we had. Our house was sold in less than a month and in that time, there was lot of showings as well as offers. If we are in the Tampa area looking to buy a house again, she will be our go to realtor.

Buying a home during the pandemic was probably not the best idea and it has been very challenging, especially with all the material delays and workers being out due to COVID, but Manuela Woodrum stood there right by our side throughout the entire process. She stood up for us, when we needed it and she relayed all of our concerns professionally. She was very patient with us, even when we kept changing out minds on which home we wanted to buy. She is very knowledgeable at her job and it shows! I would recommend Manuela 10x out of 10! The next time my wife and I are in the market for a home, she will be our very first call! She is especially helpful to military veterans who may not know the area too well, or fully understand the extent of their benefits when it comes to buying a home!
