Carmine went above and beyond with our transaction from start to finish. We partnered with him to represent us in buying a property and we couldn't be more pleased with selecting him. His demeanor and knowledge proved to be a great asset as he was by our side throughout the process. Even when we were demanding and/or wrong, he stuck right with us to offer assistance. We can not say enough good about Carmine other than the next time we buy or sell a home we will definitely call Carmine Petruzziello.

Alissa Caputo is an excellent realtor. She goes way and above to help getting information for you and contractors for repairs. I used her for selling my home in Florida because I now live in Idaho. Everything went so smoothly from the listing, showing and the selling of the property. She is professional, knowledgeable and so very kind. I would recommend her to anyone selling there home.

We are so grateful that Alissa was recommended to us. Alissa had our house on the market and sold within 8 weeks (+/- a day or two). We were hoping to be put our house on the market quickly and Alissa was more than accommodating. A few days after our first meeting our home was on the market and buyers were visiting. As a with any house on a body of water, there are a lot of questions that arose and she helped us every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions and step us through the process. We will use Alissa for all real estate transactions going forward and recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell property.

My experience with Tiffanie Piazza was way above my expectations. Great communication, knew her market. Was creative in valuing the appeal attributes of the property. Advised me of what improvements to make and communicated during the process. She helped with final staging and supplied the appealing touches. She knows her work, has good contacts and great follow up skills. She knew the importance of good photography. She held a two day, weekend open house, right after listing and was able to communicate with multiple interested buyers. She is a go-getter and handles tough situations professionally, ethically and respectfully. I recommend her to any buyer or seller

Douglass is a friend in the real estate process for both buyers and sellers. He listens to wild ideas and goals and has a special way of teaching about the current market and helps to hunt down the best opportunities for the buyer. He’s relentless in helping find all the wants and needs of a new home that fits within the budget. Our million phone calls to him never got him frustrated with us and he would be open minded every time we changed our minds. Ultimately with patience and a time crunch Douglass helped us close on a home before my wife gave birth to our second child. Our family is now in the perfect home for Us and we got a DEAL. 7,000 under asking and 13,000 under appraisal in a very competitive Tampa Market.
