We are so grateful that Alissa was recommended to us. Alissa had our house on the market and sold within 8 weeks (+/- a day or two). Ms. Stefani Johnson without question for me and my family is the best Real Estate Agent that we have ever had. During over a year and half plus of building our new home (builder will go unnamed) that was opposed to take 8 months, Stefani was a GOD send!!! She work diligently on our behalf directly and behind the scenes! Stefani fought tooth and nail to get answers from the builder to easy our stress and pushed back when what the builder stated did not add up. Patient, Hard-working, Knowledgeable, Creative, and did I mention Patient? Tiffanie was and is the best Realtor we've ever worked with. When we first moved to Tampa we planned to build, but when prices skyrocketed we had no choice but to look for existing homes. Thankfully we had been referred to Tiffanie who guided us through the entire process. We bid on several homes and lost to all cash offers that in our opinion were outrageous. Tiffanie continued to reassure us we would eventually find a home, and she encouraged us to avoid getting caught up in the emotion of a hot market, which is hard to do.
