Great experience, Dereck is always available and happy to answer question in the process of buying. My wife and I are we’re very happy with his assistance. He did a great research of houses with our request and he was willing to travel long distance and even weekends to help us find our home. We recommend him 100%

As first time home buyers searching and failing to find a home in 2022 (didn't work with Meagan), we were nervous starting our search again in 2023. Meagan was referred to us by our Mortgage Lender and we could not have been happier in our decision to work with her. After our experience in 2022, Meagan was a breath of fresh air in regard to her knowledge of not only the housing market, but also the home buying process, contract negotiation, and even what to look out for after closing (i.e. scams, what documents would be sent to us, etc.). Outside of her knowledge, Meagan was very personable and friendly, always listened to our wants, needs, and dislikes to better match us with a home. We really loved how communicative and organized she was - sending homes our way after reviewing the listing and adding comments on the location/seller disclosures/HOA documents, etc. We HIGHLY recommend Meagan to anyone looking for an agent. You will not be disappointed!

From first communication to closing Derek couldn't do enough for us. Always responded quickly to any questions and his market knowledge was excellent. Living in the UK and selling in the US could have been very stressful but Derek provided a seamless transaction for us due to his level of service. From going on the market to closing within a month! Thank you Derek, great job!

We absolutely loved working with Laurie! She was so knowledgeable of the market and went out of her way to answer all our homeowner related questions. She helped make the process of buying our first home so smooth. We would recommend her first to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in Tampa.

This is our second property we have just bought with JB. After buying our first place in 2020, we came back to this agent 3 years later, and so glad we did. This time around was rather a complex case, with lots of, lots of complications, unexpected developments, and unforeseen circumstances. JB and his team had our best interests in mind, and helped us to get through with the transaction. They truly know what they are doing. Definitely recommend, and will be back to this Agent if we ever go back to the Market again.

My experience working with Meagan on the sale of my home exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge of the market and her negotiation skills resulted in a selling experience that was nothing short of amazing. I count it a blessing to have had such an Amazing Agent.

Had a great experience with this realtor, very professional and easy going person. Nadia is very knowledgeable and knows all ins and outs of Orlando’s real estate. She was able to negotiate a good price on the house and was always available on the phone. In addition, she has her own YouTube channel with the great overview of the real estate market in Orlando. Nadia, thank you for everything!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny as my real estate agent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jenny was a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and efficiently. Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to provide valuable insight and advice throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had, and her responsiveness and attention to detail were truly impressive. What stood out to me the most was Jenny’s dedication to finding the right home for me and my husband. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences and worked tirelessly to find properties that met all of our requirements. In the end, Jenny helped me find the perfect home and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated real estate agent. Thank you, Jenny for all of your hard work and for making the home buying process such a positive experience!!

We did our entire home search virtually and Lottie was amazing! She would do walk throughs and video chat with us. She was very tuned into more than the house but the area surrounding the house. She kept us grounded too 😊 We would see a house on line and say “Oh! We want to make an offer!” Not until we see it- make sure it looks as good for real as the pictures are showing. We fell in love with the Winter Haven area and she made the trips for us without pause! Always fast responses to our questions! Would recommend her 100%!

Lottie’s experience and knowledge is outstanding. She was available for any questions and concerns. She and I have had multiple real estate transactions. This last had a couple bumps in the road due to buyer issues. She stayed available and in check with all involved. Truly the best!!!!! I highly recommend her for your future real estate business.
