As first time home buyers searching and failing to find a home in 2022 (didn't work with Meagan), we were nervous starting our search again in 2023. Meagan was referred to us by our Mortgage Lender and we could not have been happier in our decision to work with her. After our experience in 2022, Meagan was a breath of fresh air in regard to her knowledge of not only the housing market, but also the home buying process, contract negotiation, and even what to look out for after closing (i.e. scams, what documents would be sent to us, etc.). Outside of her knowledge, Meagan was very personable and friendly, always listened to our wants, needs, and dislikes to better match us with a home. We really loved how communicative and organized she was - sending homes our way after reviewing the listing and adding comments on the location/seller disclosures/HOA documents, etc. We HIGHLY recommend Meagan to anyone looking for an agent. From first communication to closing Derek couldn't do enough for us. Always responded quickly to any questions and his market knowledge was excellent. This is our second property we have just bought with JB. After buying our first place in 2020, we came back to this agent 3 years later, and so glad we did. This time around was rather a complex case, with lots of, lots of complications, unexpected developments, and unforeseen circumstances. We did our entire home search virtually and Lottie was amazing! She would do walk throughs and video chat with us. She was very tuned into more than the house but the area surrounding the house. She kept us grounded too 😊 We would see a house on line and say “Oh! We want to make an offer!” Not until we see it- make sure it looks as good for real as the pictures are showing. We fell in love with the Winter Haven area and she made the trips for us without pause! Always fast responses to our questions! Would recommend her 100%!
